About Fintur

Fintur is a hiking planner for outdoor activities in the areas we explore.

The hikes do not have to be marked trails or organised DNT routes. All hikes are tips at your own risk. They can be old pathways and trails people have walked in years past.

Make active use of the Right to Roam. Respect landowners' rights regarding access, hunting and fishing. Show good ethics and conduct in nature.

Facts and figures

Fintur currently has 167 hikes, 250 trail tips and over 3 560 photos. New hikes and tips are added all the time.

Photography and content

All photos and texts are by Hans Inge Hagen, unless otherwise stated. Photos are taken with Canon EOS R5 and iPhone during hikes in the Telemark mountains.

Location and weather

Fintur uses your location to show local weather in the menu. On mobile this uses GPS, on desktop your position is estimated via the network. No personal data is stored or shared.
