Blåveisen has arrived at Blåveisstien on March 30, 2025. The bridge stands firm and the Stone Chair awaits. Spring is a great time. It's when many of us wake up from our hibernation and the hiking season can be fully activated. It came early, and that's good for all the great local hikes we have here in the area. The Blåveisstien trail runs from Vefall (own parking lot) upstream of the cutting after the tunnel at Heggeneset. It's a nice long stretch up to the new bridge over Djupsåi. It is now easy to cross and the path further up the hill has been cleared. All the way to Steinstolen. A great hike now in this period we're in. 7.5 km there and back
