Dansarsalen on a nice Maundy Thursday in Easter.
Many people are familiar with Dansarsalen in Krokan and it can be very short and nice for most people. If you park at the new barrier (?), down by the depot in Krokan, you can walk into the forest at the bottom. You have to follow the path about 4-500 metres upwards. The plateau is great fun to ride on. And maybe dance on it, too. However, if you want to turn it into a longer hike, you can park at Handelslagstomti by the bank and walk along Prestegardsvegen. Across Lakshol to Guro Heddelid's hut in Krokan. From there you can walk on to the depot. This makes the hike 9 kilometres (compared to 1 in the short version). Brilliant conditions now without snow and ice. For everyone else who likes to ski, these local tours will be ready for you after Easter.
