Grimås on Lifjell is a great hiking destination. Both towards Tvitjønnan and towards the peaks of Grimaren and Baketter. It's a steep climb up the slopes from the car park, so take your time. It's a great place for round trips on animal trails or to follow marked trails towards Tjorbu and on towards the Bø side. The Lifjell plateau has so much to offer. Camping, day trips and long-distance hikes to and from all the surrounding municipalities. Today it was 12-14 degrees and the hike took 2 hours and 7 km with 471 vertical metres.
