Forest walk in steep terrain in Nordbygdi in Seljord. From the upper farms (Kasland, Øvre Lie, Bakkan) there is a forest track leading up towards the areas below Raudbergnuten. There are lots of mountains with views and old-growth forest. The road is steep and at the end it turns into a path. This path leads towards Taraldstaulen nature conservation area via Pyklimot with mountains and marshes. 3-4 km of ascent (550 metres), feels good in the legs. Equally heavy downhill with uneven terrain. Great views of parts of Åsgrend.
