Årnoteren and nearby Svartufsnuten are great hiking destinations in the local area. Many people make this trip and probably know the hiking trail quite well. However, there is a large area and many other paths and animal trails up in the hills here. And when you stumble across a small creature in the heather, your senses are heightened to find out what direction your mum went in. A quick moment of reminiscence, while I snapped a few photos, before heading off in the opposite direction. I think both calves and cows are having a crisis meeting now, to "de-brief" the incident. I hope they do well. I'm glad I didn't get health problems with my angry mum. Anyway, it's a great experience that you don't get to experience so many times.
