(Changed from Åsheimnuten) A nice little path has been cleared to Eikeberget above Heimkleiv and Åsheimgardane (390 m) from Kivledalevegen at the top of Åsheimgrendi. This short hike to the viewpoint is great as a family outing or a short hike on its own. There are logs you can sit on on the mountain. The view towards Seljordsvatnet beyond Åsheimgrendi is brilliant. And towards Høgås and further back towards Lifjell with Grimasen in view. Thank you to Torje Aasan for facilitating this route. You can also walk from Brøløs/center to make it longer.
