Heimveglinuten (1173 metres above sea level) via Vidsyn, Vierli in Rauland. It might be a good idea to get out of the village to see how the pros do it. In Rauland, they've been running hiking trails for a century and millions (tens of thousands, at least) of hikers come here every year. The hike started at Vierli Kaffeteria and we walked up the ski slope to the Visyn sculpture at the top. It's around 1 kilometre. We continued to Heimveglinuten just behind. A nice hike with panoramic views of the whole area. Total length 6.65 km and 432 metres in height. 2 hour family hike.
