Mørkedalsnutane (874 metres above sea level), Lifjell
There are many great viewpoints in Seljord. At Mørkedalsnutane, you'll find perhaps one of the finest. Seeing Seljord from this angle is fantastic. There are many ways to get here. The simplest is perhaps up Borkebudalen and beyond. You can also walk from Tvitjønanne at Grimås. Or, you can walk from Buktibakken or from Veslestaul via Fisbu and Heiersdal at Manheim. If you're fit, you can take the road by Tosand, which is how Torje Lindsøl transported the materials to his cabin - Liebu - in 1944. These old paths are more or less healed. But, there is a lot of animal traffic.
