From Tosand to To on old logging roads. On paths in steep hills and primeval forest. Down from the road and up is steep. Extremely steep. 430 vertical metres in 2.5 km is tough, but unbelievably fun. When the forest is old and self-sufficient, you can feel nature on your body. There are beautiful old brick walls in some places. You have to look and search. Look and listen. The waterfalls that cascade over the edges are full now. Lindalsbekken branches off several times up here. If you go in where the dung hangs on the rock, like the legs of a goat. Then you'll find the most beautiful of them all. You can even walk behind it, if you dare. In the centre of the hillside you'll find the ruins of Skaret. The old homestead, where the walls are still standing. There are large spruce trees in the centre of the house walls, so it's been a while since people lived here. Up on To there are large grazing areas. Here you can continue towards Reinstaul (Bjørgefjell) or towards Vefall.
